PIA was a major change in PeopleSoft. Please explain the PeopleSoft Pure Internet Architecture.

PIA(PeopleSoft Internet Architechture) was introduced by peoplesoft from 8.0 version onwards.
PIA is a web interface to all peoplesoft Applications. It is server centric component so it makes ensure that user gets login into web interface with secured passwords.
PIA use different components like (a) Browser (b) Web server (c) App server (d) Database server .
