App Engine Run Control Parameters

In most cases, an user would navigate to a page, key in some values and press the Run button to start an App Engine. How would the App Engine receive the values entered by the user on the Run Control Page?

    The run control parameters are stored in underlying Run control record with run control id and operator id as key fields. By using %runcontrol and %operatorid meta variables in peoplecode we can retrieve the data from run control record.
